Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using clearside.io (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and applicants.

Description of Service

ClearSide is a lead generation and matching platform that connects business owners with third-party financial service providers including lenders, insurance companies, and banking providers. ClearSide is not a financial institution and does not provide lending, insurance, or investment services directly.

Eligibility

The Platform is intended for business owners aged 18 or older operating legitimate businesses in the United States or Canada. By submitting an application, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business.

Consent to Contact

By submitting your information through our application form, you expressly consent to be contacted by ClearSide and its partner network via phone, email, and SMS regarding your application and related financial products, even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry. Message and data rates may apply.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearSide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or any financial products obtained through our matching service. ClearSide's total liability to you shall not exceed $100.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including text, tools, scores, graphics, and design — is the property of ClearSide and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Montreal, Quebec.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Check this page periodically for updates.
